Pre-COVID-19, the Thought Leadership League’s (TLL) keystone project was Research Initiative 2020, seeking to identify the critical performance drivers encountered in an organization’s workforce. Recognizing the need to immediately communicate with a newly remote and isolated workforce and address the challenges employees were experiencing, the TLL team quickly pivoted from building a 12-month research initiative to developing a responsive, analytics solution (Pulse Polls & Analytic Dashboards) that would allow Senior Leaders & CEO’s to rapidly respond to the Analytics of Need and address employees concerns, feelings and culture challenges.
The Culture Think Tank Pulse Polls & Analytics Dashboards quickly evolved to help Leaders & Managers address issues that were bubbling up in the workforce, identify those issues, create an action plan and address those issues in a bi-monthly or monthly fashion…in 4-6 weeks with success as highlighted in the Complete Automation & Erben CEO Case Studies.
We still continue to evolve the mission of the Research 2021 Initiative, it is exciting to use the Culture Think Tank data/ analytics to springboard a more expensive project slated for 2021 which we can use to impact organizational culture, pairing the results with Action Plans & focused Programs that rapidly impact and cause immediate changes at all levels of an organization!

The Culture Think Tank – Initiative 2021
What is it?
A research project conducted by the Culture Think Tank, a research arm of the Thought Leadership League. The Mission is to unlock organizational Performance through research and predictive analytics.
Purpose
Seeks to identify the critical performance drivers encountered in an organization’s workforce. The Analytic/ Research Data will be transformed into a validated Return Mapping Matrix and easy-to-use tools that allow Organizational Leaders & Service Professionals to: 1) Identify & Track the performance drivers their organizations should prioritize and 2) Predict and Measure Return.
Rationale
Organizations struggle with ‘where to begin?’, ‘how much to budget?’, and ‘what is next’ questions when attempting to identify successful workforce programs and tracking program Return. The 2021 Initiative focuses on addressing these critical questions by defining a Return Mapping Matrix that connects performance drivers and predictive analytics to workforce programs or learning objectives.
The Objective
Initiative 2021 Identifies and Validates the Learning Points, Behaviors and Performance Drivers that make it possible to Calculate Return on Workforce Programs.
